The Burden of Chocolates



You know that heavy, guilty, regretful feeling you get once you eat a bar of chocolate? Its strange how one bar can make you feel that way. You wanted it so much in the beginning that you swear you wouldn't care if you would gain weight. You go say "F××k diet! Im gonna eat like there's no tomorrow!". And after you have devoured it all, you are there full of regrets and most especially feeling 5 times heavier than you usually are. The next thing you do is plan a workout or decide to go jogging just to rid yourself of those initially wanted but ended up as unwanted sugar in your system. When will this cycle of to eat or not to eat end? Who else gets this feeling???
